- Facility rental applications must be submitted at least one week (7 days) before the desired rental date and time.
- The calculation of usage time shall begin when personnel entry or equipment move-in first occurs, as stipulated in Article 16, Section 4 of the museum's facility rental regulations, and the usage end time shall be determined when restoration to original condition is completed after use.
- Public utility costs for rental facilities will be settled at actual cost, and all generated waste must be collected and disposed of directly by the renter.
- Staff members receive up to 3 complimentary parking passes. Other facility users get a 50% parking discount voucher. Please note that evening rentals (6:00 PM - 9:00 PM) extending beyond the museum's regular hours (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM) require separate parking arrangements.
- Additional support beyond the rental contract, such as document printing and consumable supplies, is not available.
