What is Open Public Data?

Open public data is a service that makes government and public institution data accessible to the private sector and general public. This initiative enhances transparency, promotes public welfare, and boosts economic efficiency by encouraging private sector participation in creating new services and generating economic value.

The provision of public data means "enabling users to access public data in machine-readable formats and delivering it through various methods."
